  • Every original painting is packed very carefully in a clear plastic sleeve, sandwiched between cardboard, and packed in a rigid mailer. All orders are shipped via USPS and include tracking.

  • If your tracking info has not updated after 10 days, please email me at sarahhaydenart@gmail.com for assistance.

  • Watercolor paintings are delicate but can last a long time if properly cared for. The most important factors are light, moisture, and heat. Avoid direct sunlight, humid spaces like bathrooms, and heat sources such as radiators or fireplaces. UV-protective glass frames can also help preserve the artwork.

  • Yes! I offer custom venue portraits.

  • I’m very excited to share that I will be donating a portion of the proceeds from select sales to my local animal shelter!

    Qualifying items will be clearly noted in the listing. The total will be donated at the end of the year on Giving Tuesday when donations are doubled to make a greater impact for shelter animals.

    Donations will go to https://idahohumanesociety.org/ All funds directly support the feeding and care of pets in the facility.
